Memorial Day Weekend (29-31 May)

Memorial Day weekend is both festive and somber at Avalon. There is lots of fun in the outdoor pool, and a quiet ceremony on Sunday to remember those who made our freedoms possible. This is the kick-off to the Summer Season.

Prom Weekend (June)

This time, we are the cool kids! Avalon High is holding their prom on Saturday evening in the cafeteria. The prom committee hasn't chosen the theme for 2010 yet. Dress will be nude formal. Miss Grundy will be watching carefully, lest the Seniors spike the punch yet again this year.

Fourth of July Weekend (3-5 Jul)

The "rockets red glare" fills the sky over Avalon as we celebrate our independence. The pool is crowded, the front lawn filled with sunbathers and the squeal of delighted children can be heard across the resort. In the campground the grills are going, and in the dining room, great dinners are served.

AvalonFest 2010

Save the dates of August 13 through 15 for the AvalonFest 2010. Lie on your blanket on the front lawn and listen to the music, wander through the arts and crafts vendors booths for that just right present for your true love, and when the music is over for the evening, dance the night away. All this and it is clothing optional as well!

Labor Day Weekend (3-6 September)

Labor Day is a time of rest, and where better than Avalon? Join us for a long weekend, and bask in the sun at the outdoor pool, walk in the woods, play Pétanque or volleyball, try your luck at the Luck Apple, and dance the night away. End your summer with a skinny dipping bang!

Halloween Dance and Party (30-31 Oct)

When do nudists dress up? Why for Halloween of course. The creepy, not so creepy, and downright hilarious costumed people come out to play and dance. There is a 'best costume" contest, pictures can be taken of you for a small fee, and special drinks will be served. It's a graveyard smash!

Nude Years Eve Gala (31 Dec)

Wish the New Year in wearing your "formal" nude attire. That is bow tie and cummerbund for men, glitzy jewels and heels for the ladies. Long gloves optional! Start the night off with a wonderful meal, then the party begins. Noise makers and hats, as well as champaign for the toast will be supplied. Dance the old year out, and the New Year in. At about 12:30 AM, breakfast will be served to the party goers.

Reservations as there is a 100 people limit on the dinning room for the party.

Valentine's Day Dinner and Weekend (11-13 February)

What could be better than a romantic weekend at a clothing optional resort? Aside from the normal amenities of the indoor pool, Nudcino, and spa, Saturday night we have a Valentines Day dinner in the Lodge dining room for you and your sweetie. Later you can take your sweetie on to the dance floor and boogie like you used to!

Mardi Gras

Who was that masked naked person? Come join us for Fat Tuesday (although it is on a Saturday night) and party on dude! Our biggest problem is "how do you earn beads at a nudist resort?"
